Good Day

As per the agreement of receiving a free bag for my wife and I upon signing up, I yet to receive them, nearly a year and half ago of waiting. It might just sound like a bag to you, but replicating this to hundreds of other customers can be of serious concern. Also the ethics of Virgin Active staff is of question.

I will appreciate if promises made can be kept.
