I have a problem who just wants to do business without the knowhow.
My son says he was passing when he was stopped by the Sports and Fitness club employees explaining how their gym works and was offered a form to complete and a card saying he should come for a week and if he is satisfied he can join the club, that was the last time he spoke to them he never went to that gym as the gym is in Soweto and we stay in Pretoria. Up until last week when we visit my mother to get a letter addresses to him that says they will take legal action if he does not pay, what? (From the form that they misled him to complete claiming that he should attend for a week and then can make up his mind?
1. He is not employed, he is a student
2. Where did they think he'll get the money to pay the subscription fee?
3. All applications get assessed on how much you earn if you can afford or not, So how was my son's application assessed and how did it get approved without a source of income
