CTM are delaying my building project by two weeks because they sold us dud tiles but keep delaying a site visit. When they see the evidence of the tiles they told us to continue laying, the whole job will need to be repeated.
Holding up plumbing, kitchen and cupboard installation, painting, and therefore my builder can lose focus and I cannot find a tenant for two more weeks.
Warning letter sent yesterday but still no reply.
Oh, but they won't give the mobile number of the manager supposed to be helping us. I could look for consequential damages or complete performance including replacement and re-laying of tiles.
