I ordered a rear tyre for my bike a few days ago.
After receiving great service when placing my order, the friendly helpful staff member that assisted me, phoned me a few days after, simply to keep me up to date with my order.
To my surprise it was also much cheaper than expected!
The staff really make you feel at home.
