I purchased 2 packs of marinated chicken (in trays) priced at around R42 and R45 respectively, from your branch in Tokai. A few days later, I had visitors from Durban. They were leaving the next day and I took out the trays of chicken to have a braai with. It was convenient as it was already marinated and ready for cooking. As it turned out, the weather was bad and we couldn't go outdoors, so we decided to put the chicken in the oven only... as my guests had tea and scones earlier and would not be very hungry. I regretted not putting sausages or meat as the chicken was spoilt and they couldn't eat it. It smelt bad whilst cooking but we thought it may have been the combination of marinade used. Anyway, we had to order pizza at 9pm because it was too late for any meat to thaw and have ready for supper. I felt really bad sending my guests home with a bad taste in their mouth (literally)!!!
