Since January being debited incorrectly 167737

I have logged a complaint in January and still it has not being resolved. I find Furniture City to be the worste place to shop, even if i dont have enough money to shop elsewhere, i would rather do without than come to shop by you. Your sevice in solving this issue disgusts me. How can i be checking my account every month to find out if you - Furnitur City - have reolved my problem? Should not the approach be to resolve the matter and say to me, it has been resolved, sorry for the inconvienience, but rather - you do a sloppy job, and i still have the problem. Im sure this is last on your list since my complaint is from January, so who cares??? As long as you deduct my money, its fine, you dont care about any customers, only their money. So could someone please actually get off that rear of theirs and actually help me? PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU.. Im being calm about this as i feel remorse as a customer, when i see your catalogues in the newspapers i tear them up, throw them away. What does it take to get individual A to do his job? I think it depends on their attiutude, clearly the attitude of "to with him" comes onto mind where my query sits near the bin. thanks for terrible service
