NO HELP FROM FURNITURE CITY

In October 2010 we opened an account at Furniture City, Sanlam Plaza, Bloemfontein.
We were told by the sales person that our first payment would only go off at the end of January 2011, yet after we were approved, got the goods, they started deducting the money from the very first month. Not sure whether it was end of October or November 2010, we then reversed the transaction because of what we were told and explained. We even called to try and sort it out, they said yes it will be fine, but continued to deduct their money and we kept reversing it until January 2011 when the first payment was due to go off. We even posted a complaint on hellopeter and was never resolved.

Now we are finally finished with the payment of the furniture but they state our account is in arrears with R 21 662.50. I would just like to know how the can we be arrears with such an amount???
I would understand if it was for the 3 or 4 months that we reversed the transaction WHICH WAS NOT OUR FAULT TO BEGIN WITH.

I would like for this to be sorted out ASAP
