The Crazy Store
Violation of Electronic Communications Act 2005

Without requesting to receive sms's of an advertising nature and without granting any permission to the Crazy Store - I am being bombarded with same by the Crazy Store! Obviously the Crazy Store has either purchased a list of cell numbers or alternatively when entering a competition (and specifically stating that no further communication was to be allowed) my cell number has illegally been used.

If I want to opt out, I now have to pay for the privilege of opting out. This is a shocking state of affairs! Does the Crazy Store not know that they violating the Electronic Communications Act of 2005? Do they not know that this is a criminal offence?

I do not think I shall ever put foot in their store again!
