DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to Nike Store, no: 00958, register no:004; Transaction no: 93721 today to exchange a pair of nike a bought yesterday, I got there before nine, park my car and waited for news, after the news I decided to go to the store. Surprisingly the door were still closed, and I could see people gathered inside, I waited for a minute hoping someone will notice my presence and after a minute I decided to knock and everyone ignored me, I then knocked harder to get their attention finally a security guy Sipho looks at me and doesn't act, after showing 09H00 with my fingers, he decided to come and he told me that they are in a meeting, I then said to him that, trading hours is from 09:00 not after a meeting cause I careless what was the meeting about, after requesting to see a manager, no one came and the store was open. No apology whatsoever was given to me and the manager never came, and after getting to the tills I was told that they are offline, which I believe the time spend should have been used for preparation and finally I asked to call, the manager didn't offer a phone and I got to know who the manager is after asking names. WHERE IS ETIQUTTE "MANAGER" DIONNE
