Sunglasses billed twice from Sunglasses Hut. I was far into pregnancy with high blood pressure then &was treated disgracefully. My child is now 9 weeks old and my account is still blocked. I've been assured my acc is sorted out but it's not. I filled out forms, tel them & emailed them but no one seems capable of simple accounting work. It's quite obvious Edgars do employ trained staff. On popping into Edgars on the week end I found my account still blocked and the staff could not even get through telephonically to their Head Office in JHB. It's an embarrassment. I want this account closed. I have a credit on this account, I horrified that they can handle one simple task so stupidly. This has been going on since last year and I was expected to sort out their mess... I want written confirmation on record an apology and this account unblocked.
