I purchased a pre-order item on cna online website, on my account, then after release date i received a email saying that my goods have been dispatched.
I then tracked my goods using the ref number on the email and said it couldn't be located, I then contacted the support team for edcon and was told that they will followup on it and get back to me same day.
As you guessed no one got back to me, then contacted them and as you know a different person same issue, not getting back to, then after a day of waiting i contacted them again to be told they offline and will get back to me later, sane story.
I then contacted them after time promised to that they will get back to me to be told i have to give them 48 hours to get back to me and that they will log a complaint, saying that couriers have it but there is no address added.
Bear in mind that this item had already been paid for off my account days ago.
I have dealt with them before and never had so much strife like i did the last 2 days.

Please can anyone at cna escalate this as i am very upset, this is a birthday gift that has passed already.
