I was in Spar on Saturday afternoon just round about 4 pm to get a few things as i got what i needed i was on my way to leave the store the security guard asked for the slip which i had in my hand and as she took the slip out of my hand the bottle of cough mix broke... the guy security advised me to go to management to see if the can assist in replacing it as this still happened inside i waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came to speak to me, here i am standing with a broken bottle dripping the only thing they worried about was the floor the first guy that came to speak to me rather wiped the floor and said i must wait there after another guy came to speak to me and said right now we must determine who broke the bottle like we in some court case... and told me they will not replace it... i really don't care about the money its the matter in which they were dealing with me rude is beyond it... please teach your employees customer service they lack it teach them how to deal with situations the clearly need training there after they didnt even hand me my tillslip back please aslso advise your emplyees what the CPA is you are looking for trouble
