We ordered a Queen Contemporary Firm Mattress and base from Sleep Active in Park Meadows Mall in Bedfordview and made full payment of R13 400.00 on 17/03/2013. The terms & conditions state that orders will take 7 -14 working days from payment. Despite numerous follow-ups and phone calls, the bed has not been delivered. Not once has Fernando called to offer an apology or any other explanation whatsoever for this undue delay and breach of contract. Each time we've called, he (and an assistant Yvonne) have made promises and commitments of delivery, but never keep them.
