I recently purchased a Mountain Bike from Mr Price Sport and had a few problems with it, after a short complaint on Hello Peter I received a call from Leneille who was determined to sort my problems out. She got me in touch with the supplier (who was great!) and has been in constant contact with me and has been so friendly and helpful! The supplier picked up my bike from home and contacted me with updates today that I will be getting a new bike. I am absolutely amazed by the service of the customer care/quality department at Mr Price. Phillip from Evolution Cycling was amazing too! Thank you. The service completely changed my attitude around!
