Sick and tired of poor service

I have been sent back and fourth regarding my overpaid Edgar's account.
for the past 3 weeks i have been trying to send a fax with my details but there is never a answer and you people are always unable to give me a email address. if the ball was in your court you would be hassling me each day, several times a day! i am not impressed with your poor service and irresponsible ways.

all i am asking for is your assistance so that i can have my overpaid money paid out.
