I was diagnosed with cancer and underwent operation in week, i have two children and need to provide. i phoned yesterday to ask if my husband can go to store to do groceries on makro account and was turned down. cant do online purchase either. Today i went to store with my sore and operated on leg (im not allowed to) but had to go buy neccesities and guess what? after an hour of walking and want to purchase, im being denied as RCS is offline? and this after 5minutes of using the card to purchase other things at the sigarette counter? i am utterly disgraced by the fact that Makro is not supporting dissability consumers? no accomodating whatsoever? i phoned the store while instore and being treated like by the so called floor manager Thelma? i am utterly dissapointed and will act on the consumer act now, and perhaps also give my story to newspapers! i have never in my life had such bad service anywhere!!! it was a complete waste of time and in my condition currently totally unacceptable!!! shame on you!!! i had to leave without any food for my kids? i cant go back either as i cant drive myself and have no other possibility to get there again!!!
