I am a regular customer at PnP and have noticed the boards on display explaining the ScanRight policy, today I had to run to the Klerksdorp store to replace a Steam Iron when I noticed that the price the Cashier scanned in was not the price that was displayed so I brought it under the supervisors attention. She then arranged with somebody to go and have a look, when this person returned the supervisor swiftly deducted the price scanned in with R30. I then asked about the ScanRight policy. It was clear from the reaction of the PnP employees that this was not a policy that PnP was happy to honour I paid for the product and left the store. I have only one request from the management of PnP and that will be that they remove the ScanRight boards from the store as I am a regular visitor in store and seeing these boards let me feel to and mislead. These boards used to impress me but now they leave a biter taste in my mouth if I think of all the people the are daily misleading with their "PRIDE" that they are advertising all over the store
