I purchased a fridge on Monday and before we could even complete the purchase, Rose told us x10 times they dont keep fridges, it must be delivered from the warehouse in Germiston. I said its fine, the next problem was that they can only deliver Wednesday. I had to do extensive organising to ensure there is someone at home. Its now 19:26, guess what, no fridge!!! What now? Do i get a refund for the delivery for this blunder because we have to come in from Benoni because they could not keep their word? Rose even told ME to phone the driver because he said its too late to deliver! Pathetic!
