Over payment and a refusal to refund

I used to order pies from KLL distributors, i have to pay for the order within 5 working days.the shop closed on 28 February 2013. i paid an invoice twice in my confusion of closing down the shop.

Sharon in accounts sent an age receivables where i am in credit for R2832.16.

I do not have the shop anymore as the landlord did not renew the rent, so i am unable to order more pies, especially to the value of R3000.00., which is over 300 pies.

I sent my banking details and asked if she could please refund my over payment, whereupon her one line response was. "Hi Trish, KLL does not refund.".

I was shocked and appalled at the response. I then asked what i should do and this was her response.

"Try and make arrangements with another London Pie, they order on your account and then you take the payment that were going to make. "

i don't know any other London Pie franchise, and quite frankly find this unacceptable, Someone i have never met, must pay me money in good faith, to order pies, so that i can sort out my account with KLL distributors, i i don't think so!
