Complain for damage couches purchase in Decembe

Hi

Please note that this complain was sent on the 04-04-2013 to the Fair Price info email address ( [Email Removed] ) but i did not get any feedback

I require your attention to my complain as your valued customer. I have purchased 4 couches from your store at Bara in December for R3999.99. The complain is that it's not even 6 months and the couches are falling apart. I would appreciate your immediate response with regards to this complain.
