In April Clicks ran a Buy a Loreal Moisturiser and get a free cleanser promotion but the store didn't even have stock of the cleanser and I checked 3 times in the same week to no avail. On the 7th April I complained to the store manager and she said I should buy the promotion and she will call me when the cleansers are back in stock for me to collect my free product. I've been waiting since then for the call to collect my free product and no word from the store. I'd like my cleanser please.
