Unproffessional seamstress

I went to Edgars at lunch to exchange pants that I bought, first it took me so long to find the right size, all there was was just 2 sizes, the 1 I bought & a too big size. We then looked everywhere until we found something similar but differnt brand, so I took this went down to customer care, that section has more than 5 till but only 3 of them had cashiers, even at the end of the month, you always wait longer on the customer care qeueus due to complexity of transctions in that area. Finally I exchanged & I went to alteration section, when I got there there were 2 seamstress and 1 was helping a customer who was also there for alterations. I went straight to the other 1who was busy on the machine, greetd her and askd her if I could use the change room, she told me tht the othr customer was still busy and I had to wait as he had 3 other things to fit, I was getting late & suggestd to her that maybe if they put an extra fitting room in tht area it would've been better as there is space, i got shocked by her answer whn she told me I was telling this to the wrong person, she doesn't knw how to talk to custmers, so unproffessional and didnt seem to care how i felt, not even an apology.
