Seeking help with product sold by a third party

Good day,

I am a Levi fanatic. I think 70% of my wardrobe is Levi. I have Jeans that are close to 10 years old, few patches but still going strong. I recenlty bought a Levi watch from Direct Deals and i have been having problems with this. I know Levi is a good brand and I am hioping that they can fix my problem.
