FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

I am so frustrated at the moment, I have called Sandton City Woolworths Thrice, I called to enquire something and i have been transferred from pillar to post then i get cut off, eventually when i finally get through, they tell me to hold on and puts the phone on the side, listening to everyone having Bif Fat Conversations, hearing the other phones ringing and nobody answers them, I have been on hold for 20 MIN and they just eventually put the phone down without even enquiring if there is somebody on the opposite side of the phone. I called the manager complaining about this and then she puts me through only to find out that she had cut me off as well, This is NOT GOOD Service at all, I am apalled by the service that was given...
