I need to be refunded or compensated

My Seiko Automatic divers 200m watch had water damage and the crown and stem (pin) was broken due to rust. I phoned Wino to ask where in CPT does he take all his watches for service and repairs. He gave me the details: Southern Watch & Electronic Sypply's in Hout str. After 9mths of waiting & calls I received the watch and paid R650 and R250 for courier! On receiving the watch I noticed the date / day function is not working and called Wino to advise. He said to bring him the watch and he will fix it and if not he will send it to Ontime whom is the Seiko repairs centre and dealers in SA! After again 6-8 mths of calls, visits I told my mom to collect the watch repaired or not! She gave me the watch in the same state I handed it to S.Watch with broken crown and stem and not waterproofed!! I have now taken the watch to a local jeweller whom had it fixed perfectly within 1 week at Ontime but at a cost of R1050.I contacted Wino and asked if he could refund me the money spend for no service received and he said: "case closed" HE said that I collected the watch before he could fit the new parts he had in his shop!
