On the 18th and 19th March i made 2 purchases on Kalahari (#10112847-Hard Drives and #10114023-Multimedia Drives). Payment method being via AutoPay and the other via Credit Card, both trans completed and my account debited. On the 19th i received an email stating that the pricing was 'blatantly incorrect' and that the orders will be cancelled, along with a R50 goodwill voucher. I then queried, over a number of emails, how can these orders be cancelled when a contract between seller and buyer had already been created, the last email i received were excepts from the CPA. I then sent a response to this email questioning the excerpts used and my understanding of these excerpts. (no response received)
I then, on the 28th March, received another email from Kalahari, this time referring to item #10112847 and this stated that the item was 'Out of stock'.
So after the queries over the 'blatantly incorrect pricing' i now get an email stating 'out of stock'? Unacceptable, I feel Kalahari broke a buyer/seller contract and I also question their honesty and integrity.
I have been a customer since 2004 but will be closing my acc and will use alternative service
