On the 08th i went to cambridge in bara i received a terrible service the queues were long i waited for 30 minutes to be served & to my suprise there were no packers the cashier was doing her best to push the line, we had to do the packing ourselves. I reported the matter to the manager & he told me that all the packers went on leave during december & i had to ask one of the supervisors to pack for me theres nothing he can do. That was really shocking because he didnt even care about his customers. When i enter into a store i expect service not attitude especially from a senior. I believe George needs more training as he defanately doesn't know how to treat his clients, if he cannot handle the pressure please hand over the position to someone who knows about customer service.
