Terrible service and inefficiency

I went to clicks in Killarney this morning to get some panados and have the following complaint... Firstly one (very slow) person was working.
Secondly I was 3rd in line but waited 23minutes to be helped!!!
Thirdly when I asked the head pharmacist, Kennedy Mahoko, to help us (as he was sitting in the back doing NOTHING, he told me we'd just have to wait! What a cheek for a head pharmacist - if i spoke to my clients like that i would have been fired!
Then comes Tricia... the dispenser on duty... What a friggin long face. Not a hello or sorry to keep you waiting... Just such an attitude.

For a place where sick people have to come... The inefficiency is unacceptable!
Why for over the counter medicine do my details need to be recorded when at Dischem the medicine is just given without writing things down. Tricia literally wrote some random things down! No wonder it took 10 minutes per person!
Not only this, if you need to record my details, why can you not just swipe my loyalty card?? time to upgrade your computer systems I think!!

You also cost me my free parking by the way! I will no longer shop at the Killarney clicks and will head to dischem instead!
