Disguisting baked beans

I bought a tin of Koo Baked beans, expiry date 13/02/2017.
Upon opening the tin it had a top layer of what looked like small dead worms or mites or something.
If i had just opened it without looking, we would've eaten it just like that. This is just plain disguisting...
