Yesterday the lady in front of me had her item, Bokomo Oats 1kg, wrongly scanned. It was R3 more than the shelf price.
When my turn came, my personal ladies item was scanned for R6 more than the shelf price!
The assistance received was very bad, like, why not just pay and get out! The staff keep complaining for correcting the price. Even complaining to the manager himself was answered with indifference to the problem.
"Stuff like this happen, I can't help it"
Really dissapointed!!
