NEED TO SPECIFY THE FACT THAT THE SERVICE AT THE BRANCH OF @HOME AT DESIGN QUARTER OVER A WEEKEND IS SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED... NOT. A PERSON DUMISANI IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND SO ARROGANT. ON 31 MARCH WE PURCHASED A SUPA NOVA MATTRESS QUEEN STD LENGTH. FIRST OF ALL I WAS GIVEN THE INCORRECT ORDER CONFIRMATION AND HAD TO GO BACK THE NEXT DAY TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT ODER COPY. WE HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND SO WAS DEBITED TO OUR ACCOUNT. THE COPY I RECEIVED DID NOT SPECIFY WHEN THE BED WOULD BE DELIVERED BUT WAS TOLD VERBALLY BY DUMISANI THAT 25 APRIL THE BED WOULD BE DELIVERED. ITS NOW 1 MONTH 1 WEEK LATER AND WE STILL DONT HAVE THE MATRESS. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM AN UPMARKET RETAILER. WE CANCELLED THE MATRESS A WEEK AGO DUE TO THE NON RESPONSE AND BAD SERVICE AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, WE HAVE BEEN BILLED BUT DONT HAVE OUR PURCHASE. IF ANYONE IS ON THEIR WAY TO PURCHASE FROM @HOME MAKE SURE THEY STICK TO THEIR WORD?
