Not packing food accordingly

On the 27th of March 2013, me and my friend bought hot and cold items (I.e. chicken, fruit salads and juices) to my surprise, Adri the cashier, packed the hot chicken with the fruit salads. According to Woolies packing standard the chicken was suppose to be packed in the their small transparent plastic bag, and the cold ones separate. I had to ask her for the transparent plastic, pack the chicken separately.
I make a conscience decision to buy at Woolies and not somewhere else, people like Adri makes me see no value of separating Woolies from Spar or Pick n Pay. We as customers pay a premium and the service must be proportional to the aforementioned.
It will be appreciated if she can be retrained in order to be at the same level as other competent cashiers.
