I called in to check on availability of an item. I was put through to Innocent. He told me there was no stock and he would check at the other branches and took my details to get back to me. The following week i called again and spoke to him and he told me he would call me back within 10 minutes. I called again 2 days later and he was unapologetic and responded with a bad attitude as he continued to show disregard for the inconvenienced he caused. His colleague even called me to apologize on his behalf! Is that how your customers are supposed to be treated?? Really unprofessional!
