I did not receive a parcel I had ordered, but according to the courier company they had delivered. Unathi at the Customer Support Centre helped to get to the bottom of the matter timeously, coming back to me as promised, and the parcel is being redelivered to me next week at no extra cost to me.
I greatly appreciated her help and excellent service.
