ELLE Magazine, March issue is advertising that Stuttafords is selling Ted Baker wallets for R149.95 pg 110. I go to Sandton City Stuttaford to buy the wallet & I land up speaking to the General Manager (Andrew Ferrari) who says it is not their problem if the magazine advertises it at that price & refuses it to me at that price. Although the Customer Act is on my side, stating that if an item is advertised at that price, it must be sold at that price. However Sandton City Stuttaford, can afford to give a bunch of name brand handbags such as Guess, Gucci and Polo to a radio station for free, filled with goodies, and the Polo one was a full luggage set, but refuses to sell me 4 wallets at advertised price!!
