Early debit order inconvenience

My pay date is the 25th, Homechoice debited on my accoint on the 21st March just after 11pm from the money left on my account. Went to Capitec Bank for a reversal and they refused and told me i have to contact Homechoice and ask them to write a letter stating that was an early debit order.

I was so furious because if they debited my account for a correct date i wouldn't be in this situation.
