My cat of 15 years only eats pampers meaty cuts in gravy since we rescued her 15 years ago. I purchase 15 cans a month at R13.99 a can over R200 pm. In late Dec to early Feb 10 of those cans were 3/4 thick fatty sauce & 1/4 meaty cuts. I Emailed Pampers Purina on the 8th Feby & never receveived a reply. On the 27 Feb 2 more cans I purchased had the same problem. I Emailed again on 28 Feb & on 4 March I received an apology & request for the Batch No, BB Date, Man Date & my address. I didnt have the product details as I didnt keep the empty cans (we recycle) so advised them of this & sent my address. I never received any further communication from them. On 18 March another can I opened had this problem. So on 19 March I Emailed them again, voiced my disgust added pictures & all the no.s they previously asked for & advised that as they arent bothering to get back to me or do anything about this problem I would post on Hello Peter. They still havent bothered to reply so here I am. Pampers Purina are cutting costs by filling their cat food cans with thick disgusting fatty sauce & minimal meaty cuts - not whats advertised at all. OUR MONEY & FALSE ADVERTISING! DISGUSTING!!
