I bought Mach3 Cartidges 4's from Pick & Pay Elgin Mall (Kempton Park). When I bought it I did ask if those cartridges are the correct ones. ( Forgot the lady's name) She said it is, but just a cheaper version. That's why I bought it. When I got home I opened the pack and the cartridges and it didn't fit. Today I took it for exchange but they refuse (Lady Manager). She said to the worker to tell me she can't exchange it because it was opened and now unhigenic. I spend /- R 5000 a month at that store. I just want to let PicknPay know that they have lost a customer for life.
