POOR POOR POOR Service Delivery

Good Day,

Me again, The Micheal Angelo bedroom suite was delivered eventually but the wrong stool (a small stool instead of a extra length stool) for the dressing table was delivered. Another week has passed and still NO communication or delivery from BEARES. I had a telephonic conversation with the store and the area manager who assured me that she will sort this out A.S.A.P. Nothing happened as yet...
This is the worst ever service delivery form a company... How long do I still need to wait for something to happen???
