It is a absolute lack of interest at Clicks Silverwater Crossing, for the past 2 years I have had problems such as, phoning for Rx day in advance for collection, on arrival nobody aware of the call, handing new RX personally then next month its lost!! My name on automatic list to be called on due date for repeat RX - no calls at all!!! complained to manager, she pulled her shoulders up and replied she knows they are lazy!!! Collection row does not exist any longer, although you call you have to stand in the que, whats the point??? Problem in getting through on phone, nobody answers, just rings and rings. Is that what service is? I don't think so
