I didn't get a bun order for 2 weeks, their call centre lines are not working and their land line is not working. I communicate with the drivers and they communicate back to the bakery. Every day there is a wrong order or no delivery. All the numbers i got, belong to the supervisors. I talked to all of the supervisors and still stuck with no bun order. I had an argument with a supervisor because i said "you guys deliver to us" and he said he doesn't deliver. Then the other supervisor i called hanged up on my ear. What kind of supervisor or management staff does Blue Ribbon have? Such a big company with poor staff members, i am disappointed.
