I'm quick to complain when something is wrong but... I'm quicker to compliment when things are done properly.
I opened a shop in December and battled for over a month to get Sunbake to delivery bread. For months thereafter I would phone on a daily basis either not delivered or bad service.
Eventually I phoned Blue Ribbon. I have nothing but praise for them. They never miss a delivery. I SMS the driver if I need to change my order. They are always helpful and friendly.
