Sadly I forgot to get the young gentleman's name. I was looking for t-shirts that were going to be gifts for family in New Zealand. I was looking for "African flavour". He pulled almost every t-shirt out for me too look at whilst I ummed and aahed. Not once did he show any signs of impatience or irritation. It is so refreshing to receive that level of service. When I said this to him, his reply to me was "no point in being miserable - it makes the day drag". I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
