10 thumbs up! I purchased a Mellerware - Promax Steam Iron on the TAKEALOT website in January. It started giving me problems a week ago. I emailed the call centre and they advised me to log the return on the web. Was 3 days and they had exchanged the iron for a new one and taken the faulty one back. AWESOME service guys and girls! Keep it up. Was an absolute pleasure doing business with you and will suggest you to all friends and family :)
