We always quick to complain & throw our toys out the court and yet are snail like to give thanks and praise where due.
I returned an LED Samsung TV which had given up after only 3 months of usage. On my initial visit to the makro store, I was bluntly told that I could not be assisted as I did not have a receipt (this was without any slight enquiry of any other alternatives in assisting a client).
I decided on a telephonic approach to this matter & quite FORTUNATELY I was in contact with a gentleman named: Thandile who availed himself to understanding my situation and only from just being an attentive listener and also seemed a knowledgeable individual on his job & market, he managed to assist me fully.
I have my TV back now & guess what, he has just called to follow up on the working condition :)
So as a happy client, I give praise to you Thandile (repairs department) for the great service!!! it is highly appreciated :)
