Last year December I purchased a bag of snowflake cake wheat flour and found it to contain weevils. Upon receiving a new packet from Checkers the same thing happened. I left a complaint on the snowflake site, was then emailed to provide my details and told I would be contacted. I made an attempt twice to check why I haven't been contacted and on, y received the automatic response. This is poor service to your customers.
