Finding an item [Incident: 130304-000067]
I enquired whether Exclusive books would be able to order a book for me that I can't find locally. I provided them with the ISBN and the publisher's name and asked whether it would be possible to order the book for me and how much it will cost. I received a one-line response that they don't have the book in stock. I know they don't have it in stock. That's why I asked whether it can be ordered for me. This tells me the person dealing with enquiries can't even be bothered to properly read an e-mail, never mind going the extra mile to help a customer.
Come on, people. It won't cost you anything to find out whether you can get hold of the book or not. If you can't take that little trouble, why should I take the trouble to drive to one of your stores?
