Being a fan of several of their Oatso Easy flavours I was surprised to find the Cranberry one so disappointing as the quality of their products has always been great.
Anyway, one painless communication and a couple of weeks later and all is well with some reassuring correspondence and some vouchers (T-253146-DZZU).
Maybe they don't subscribe to Hellopeter because they don't need to: their own customer service channels work just fine.
