From the first visit to their website (top quality products which are well ordered, easy to search, presented with detailed information and useful images) to the ease of payment, the emails tracking the order status, the fantastic punctuality of deliveries, and the little details like hand written thank-you cards for first-time shoppers and fridge magnets (I've quite a collection now), Yuppiechef is a SLICK operation which could teach a masterclass in how it should be done.
I cannot fault them on a single aspect of their operation - THANKS (usually don't take the time to send these, but they really are THAT good).
