The company has become a joke and the service is non - existent. I no longer wish to be associated with the brand. I purchased ebooks (supposedly down-loadable 3 times) downloaded it once to my laptop and then unable to place it on my iPad... their response - I must be lying!!! Ordered a book, still waiting for delivery 3 weeks later. Also took over a month to refund me for an erroneous payment. STILL waiting for feedback on an incomplete deliver from 2012... NEED I GO ON??
